Tyneside Golf Club, established in 1879 is still widely regarded as among the finest parkland courses in the region.

This is a challenging though enjoyable test for players of all abilities. The course is renowned for the quality of its greens and the free draining nature of the land means that it is playable all year round. Perched high on the ‘Falls’ of old Ryton village, the course is tucked away in tranquil surroundings and enjoys magnificent views over the River Tyne and the beautiful Tyne valley.

Just a note to thank you and the staff at Tyneside for a great day. The course was in fantastic condition - the weather was glorious- and the catering and all the staff were excellent. Everyone really enjoyed the day and look forward to our revisit in the near future.

The golf course is beautiful and in great condition. Some very testing, and interesting holes. Each hole provides it's different challenge.
